Shezad Okhai

Shezad Okhai has an extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Shezad is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Bravura Solutions. Prior to this, Shezad worked at Pinetree Capital Ltd. as the Chief Investment Officer and Investment Manager.

Shezad has also held significant positions at Volaris Group, where they served as a Vice President, leading the corporate M&A team and overseeing the decentralization and growth of the team. In their role as Director, they successfully closed 40 platform and tuck-in investments, implemented performance improvement plans, and monitored the results of each acquired business.

Before joining Volaris Group, Shezad worked as a Vice President at Algebra Capital, where they evaluated investment opportunities and acted as a strategic advisor to the CEO during the company's acquisition by Franklin Templeton.
