Sylwia Halicka

Sylwia Halicka has a diverse background in HR and administration. Sylwia began their career as an Office Assistant at Colgate-Palmolive and later worked as an HR Assistant at Kolaja & Partners. Sylwia then transitioned to a role as an Administration associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Sylwia joined Sofrecom Polska as an HR Specialist, and subsequently worked as a Senior HR Coordinator/HR Business Partner at Samsung Electronics. Sylwia furthered their HR experience as an HR Business Partner at Europ Assistance, where they created a dedicated function for soft HR and developed partnerships to align HR services with business objectives. Most recently, Sylwia served as the Head of People & Culture in Poland for Bravura Solutions, where they established the HR function and reorganized recruitment and training processes.

Sylwia Halicka received a Master's Degree in Polish philology from the University of Warsaw in 2003. Sylwia also completed postgraduate studies in Strategic HR Management at Kozminski University in 2015. In addition, they pursued postgraduate studies on HR Management at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania Personelem w Warszawie from 2003 to 2004. Sylwia also studied Foreign Trade at Studium Stenotypii Stenografii i Języków Obcych from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kozminski University in 2010.
