Emma Wass

Emma Wass has a diverse work experience in recruitment and hospitality. Emma started their career at Bravura Sverige in 2009 as a Recruiting Assistant and later served as a Consultant Manager and Team Leader & Consultant Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Recruiting Manager and eventually became a Senior Recruiter & Recruiting Business Manager in 2023. Prior to their work in recruitment, Emma worked as a Stewardess at Motor Yacht Starfir from 2006 to 2009.

Emma Wass obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Uppsala University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Criterion Assessment and Psychometric User from Criterion Pro in February 2018, and as a Talent-Q from TalentQ Nordic in November 2015.
