Yolanda Roman

Yolanda Roman began their work experience as an Account Manager at New Century from May 2005 to March 2008. In this role, they managed broker accounts, reviewed documentation, and facilitated loan processes.

From December 2008 to December 2011, Yolanda worked as a Personal Service Provider as an independent contractor at Developmental Pathways, where they provided personal care services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Yolanda then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in September 2011 and held various positions until November 2014. As a Loan Administration Manager II, they screened and hired employees, mentored team members, and ensured compliance and accuracy in loan closings. Yolanda also worked as a Home Loan Closer, reviewing loan files and coordinating closing processes, and as a Home Loan Processor, verifying loan file completeness and analyzing income documents.

Yolanda's most recent work experience is at Bray Whaler International, where they have been since November 2015. Yolanda started as a Project Coordinator and progressed to Senior Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Senior Project Director, and currently serves as the Training Manager. Bray Whaler is a prominent player in hospitality purchasing, and Yolanda's roles involve managing a variety of projects in the US to provide value to clients by saving time and money.

Yolanda Roman pursued their education by first enrolling at Cleveland State University from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Later, from 2012 to 2015, Yolanda attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management.
