Aléxcer S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and strategic consulting across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Braze since September 2021, Aléxcer achieved the FY 2021 Fastest Starter Prize and has been instrumental in maintaining a client base with exceptional retention rates. Prior experience includes managing a portfolio of over 50 mid-market and enterprise customers at Talkwalker, as well as roles in account management and growth hacking at various organizations. Aléxcer has also contributed to transfer pricing consulting at EY and developed analytical skills through internships at the Central Bank of Venezuela and CAF.
