Jennifer Barth

Jennifer Barth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HRIS and payroll management. Currently serving as Team Lead for People Systems at Braze since April 2022, Jennifer is responsible for road mapping Workday projects, ensuring compliance, and managing a team of Workday Analysts. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Workday Payroll/HRIS Analyst at Maui Jim Sunglasses for a decade, where responsibilities included configuring Workday processes and overseeing payroll accuracy. Additionally, Jennifer's background includes roles in life underwriting at Illinois Mutual Life Insurance and an internship focused on special events at the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Journalism from Bradley University.
