Sarah Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project coordination across various industries. currently serves as the Lead Professional Services Operations Manager at Braze, having progressed through roles including Senior Systems Manager and Systems Manager since joining in October 2021. Prior experience at Sprinklr from September 2016 to October 2021 included roles such as Associate Director of Services Operations and Operations Programme Manager.
