Brent Schedeler has extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Brazeway since April 2015, where previous roles included Director of Continuous Improvement & Sustainability and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience at Eaton from May 2008 to March 2015 included positions such as Operational Excellence Manager, Value Stream Manager, and various leadership roles within the Eaton Leadership Development Program. Brent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics & Mathematics from Spring Arbor University.
