Steve Wilson

Steven Wilson serves as the Plant Manager at Brazeway, Inc. since February 2016, where responsibilities include developing and implementing plans for the "Operational Excellence Model" focused on manufacturing strategies, innovative technologies, safety, quality, and customer service. With extensive experience dating back to December 1991, Steven has held leadership roles in various industries including power transmission, furniture, wood products, electronics, automotive, and aerospace. Expertise encompasses strategic planning, performance metrics, project management, lean conversion, and supply chain management, among others. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Gates Corporation and various roles at The HON Company and Danaher Corporation. Steven holds a Master of Science in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, with additional coursework in organizational development and global management at the University of Phoenix.
