Alexander Dorsey

Alexander Dorsey is a seasoned water treatment professional with extensive experience in the water utilities sector. Currently serving as a Water Treatment Operator for Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, City of Round Rock, and BCRUA since November 2023, Alexander has held various significant positions including Lead Plant Operator at North Texas Municipal Water District and Senior Plant Operator at Brazos River Authority, both of which have been held since 2019 and 2016 respectively. Prior to these roles, Alexander gained expertise in wastewater operations at Gwinnett County Water Resources from 2007 to 2016 and is a Gulf War veteran with service in the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1995. Alexander also holds a Texas Class B Wastewater License from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, earned between 2018 and 2021. In addition to a professional focus on water operations, Alexander is an amateur bodybuilder, with a passion for fitness developed since 2012.
