Michelle Potter

Michelle Potter has extensive work experience in operations, supply chain management, and logistics. Michelle is currently the Director of Operations and Supply Chain at Bread Beauty Supply since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Black Opal Beauty from March 2022 to May 2023. From February 2018 to March 2022, they served as the Sourcing and Logistics Manager at KeySmart. Michelle also worked as the Director of Distribution and Assembly Operations at ETA hand2mind from January 2016 to August 2017. Before that, they held the role of Production/Quality Manager at Petstages from November 2007 to January 2016. Michelle also has experience as an Operational Excellence Manager at Ingersoll Rand from October 2005 to November 2007, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Republic Windows & Doors from November 2000 to October 2005.

Michelle Potter attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
