Volunteer State Organizer at Bread for the World

Suzanne Martin is a seasoned leadership consultant and qualitative researcher with a diverse background in organizational development across various sectors, including non-profit, education, business, and religious organizations. Since founding Transform Period in 2013, Suzanne has focused on conflict resolution and culture strengthening within organizations. In addition to consulting roles at Warren Averett Workplace and Global Leadership Initiatives, Suzanne has been a long-term volunteer state organizer for Bread for the World. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director and Executive Director for Leading Edge Institute, where Suzanne designed a nine-month leadership development program for college women, and teaching at Samford University. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Master's of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
