Allen Yeung

Allen Yeung is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SAP solutions and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd since April 2019, Allen leads the Group IT SAP team and champions data and analytics initiatives. Previous roles include Manager responsible for SAP S/4Hana Retail Solution Implementation and Support as well as Project Manager at NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. Allen's career also features managerial positions at JTC Corporation and Esquel Group, alongside consultancy roles at Bayer Business Services and Nexus System Resources Co., Ltd. Allen holds a Master of Science in Information and Technology Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
