JOHNNY SHAHINUR ALAM, MIT ACE and HBS GMP

Johnny Shahinur Alam has worked in the technology industry since 2006. JOHNNY SHAHINUR started their career as a Technical Solutions & Program Director at Ericsson, where they provided strategic leadership, operations excellence, and product, solution, and cyber security. JOHNNY SHAHINUR then took on the role of Senior Solutions Architect & Senior Leader, leading and managing large cross-functional, complex projects and programs. JOHNNY SHAHINUR then moved on to become the Solution Offering Lead & Solution Owner, Industrialization & Automation, where they developed and managed cloud-based industrialization and automation solutions. JOHNNY SHAHINUR also held the role of Solution Architect, where they worked on network modernization and core network deployment projects.

In 2017, Johnny joined Windtre as a Lead Solutions Consultant and then moved on to become a Lead Consultant for Cloud Infrastructure (RHOSP10) & vEPC, Network Transformation program with 5G at TIM. JOHNNY SHAHINUR also held the role of Lead Cloud Solution Architect for NFVi & VNF, TIM Cloud Transformation program, where they were responsible for business strategy and business development with network transformation. JOHNNY SHAHINUR also worked as a Lead Solutions Consultant at Orange and Saudi Telecom Company.

In 2019, Johnny became a Consultant, Digital Transformation and a Member at Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni. JOHNNY SHAHINUR then went on to become a Mentor at Harvard University in 2021. Most recently, Johnny was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Break Stuff App in 2022.

Johnny Shahinur Alam has a diverse educational background. JOHNNY SHAHINUR completed their Secondary School Certificate from Bogra Zilla School, Bogra in 1995. JOHNNY SHAHINUR then went on to receive a BSc. Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology in 2001. In 2018, they earned an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management. JOHNNY SHAHINUR also earned a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2021.
