Casey Hallett has held a variety of roles in the education sector since 2011. In 2011, they began their career as an Educator at the Wake County Public School System. During their time there, they were promoted to Grade Level Chair, served on the School Improvement Plan (SIP) Committee, and was selected as a Case Manager. Casey also mentored and trained 8 educators and submitted quarterly reports containing data analysis, performance evaluations, observations, and attendance. In 2015, they moved to Birchwood School of Hawken as an Educator. During their time there, they grew enrollment from 21 to 27 tuition-based learners and retained 27 learners. Casey also created and launched a net-new instructional program and sourced all educational resources. Casey leveraged performance data to identify patterns of student achievement and learning deficit and developed customized performance plans. In 2022, they began working at Breakout EDU as an Account Manager and Partner Success Manager. As an Account Manager, they established and maintained industry standard churn to meet quarterly bonus objectives, refined and maximized the onboarding of new customers, and identified areas of opportunity for upsell and growth. As a Partner Success Manager, they created a customer-centric culture with proactive outreach, established and maintained industry standard churn to meet quarterly bonus objectives, and involved Sales and Account Management to engage and up-sell schools/districts.

Casey Hallett obtained a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Cleveland State University between 2006 and 2011. In 2022, they obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn in Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Salesforce Essential Training, Account Management: Maintaining Relationships, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Sales: Customer Success, and School Teacher, Pre-Kindergarten Through Third Grade from the Ohio Department of Education.
