Karina Skrypnik

Karina Skrypnik is an experienced QA Lead currently leading a team of outsourced QA engineers at Breakout Learning since April 2024. With a rich background in project management and quality assurance, Karina previously held the position of Technical Project Manager and QA Lead at Numatic Ventures, overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects. Prior experience includes serving as QA Team Lead at Infront Sports & Media AG, where the QA process was established from the ground up, and positions as a QA Engineer at EPAM Systems and Omnigon Communications, where responsibilities included manual testing and managing quality assurance processes. Additionally, Karina has experience in technical customer support, inside sales, and teaching Aviation English at the University of Civil Aviation. Karina holds a Specialist degree in Linguistics and Computer Science from Irkutsk State Linguistic University.
