Videlaine Estiverne

Videlaine Estiverne serves as the Director of College Access at Breakthrough Miami since November 2023. Previously, Videlaine held various positions at City Year, including Special Projects Manager from July 2021 to February 2023 and Impact Manager from July 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading and developing AmeriCorps Members to enhance student support and school performance. Experience also includes serving as a College Completion Advisor at College Forward and as a Youth Development Specialist with the US Peace Corps, focusing on health education and community engagement in Morocco. Earlier work involved a role as a Billing Specialist for the City of Delray Beach, analyzing billing processes and improving customer service, and as a Unit Supply Specialist with the Florida Army National Guard, developing supply systems during deployments. Videlaine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University.
