Jessica Grondin's work experience begins in 2014 at the Coastal and Marine Institute Laboratory, where they worked as a Research Assistant. Jessica then moved on to UC San Diego Health as a Research Associate, enrolling patients in clinical studies and collecting data. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University, assisting with laboratory work and preparation. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, first as a Research Associate and then as a Lab Manager. Jessica'sresponsibilities included data collection, management, and publication of papers on HIV studies. Jessica then became a Lab Manager at BioLabs at The Lundquist Institute from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Grifols USA, LLC as a Laboratory Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager, StudioLabs, at Breakthrough Properties, and is set to become the Director of Scientific Operations and StudioLabs in 2023.
