Keith Hathaway

Keith Hathaway serves as the South Regional Director of Learning and Development at Breakthru Beverage Group, overseeing training needs for Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia, while playing a key role in crafting and executing the strategic plan for corporate learning and development and HR functions. Previously, Keith held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Premier Beverage Company, where responsibilities included managing sales and educational training for all Florida employees and implementing the Building Leaders Coaching platform. Keith's extensive experience at Premier Beverage also includes serving as National Account Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager in the Hotel & Restaurant Division, demonstrating a strong track record in sales management and team leadership. Keith holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Broward College and completed education at Northeast High School.
