Michael Boswell is the current VP, Digital & eCommerce at Breakthru. Prior to joining Breakthru, Michael worked as a Manager at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from July 2016 to April 2018. There, they developed long-term strategy for a business unit of a major consumer goods manufacturer and redesigned the strategic investment framework for a major food company.

Before joining Strategy&, Michael worked as Director of Strategy at Wilton Brands from January 2015 to December 2016. At Wilton Brands, Michael spearhead strategic planning and high-impact board-level projects for food, housewares and craft brands. Michael also drove the product segmentation and prioritization effort within the Wilton Brands portfolio to focus the company on the largest opportunities and drive transformational growth. Under Michael's leadership, the company achieved millions in working capital savings via ongoing board-approved SKU optimization project.

Michael Boswell has an MBA in Business Economics from Columbia University - Columbia Business School, a B.S.F.S in Science, Technology and International Affairs & Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a certification in WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
