Patricia Abrego-Santucci

Patricia Abrego-Santucci is currently the VP of Total Rewards at Breakthru. Patricia has over 15 years of experience in the field of Compensation, and has been with Breakthru for just under 2 years. Prior to joining Breakthru, Patricia spent 9 years with OfficeMax as their Vice President of Compensation. In this role, they were responsible for all compensation programs, including executive compensation and sales plans. Before OfficeMax, Patricia spent 6 years with Corn Products International as their Director of Compensation. During their time there, they oversaw all compensation programs. Patricia has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of compensation, and has been a key leader in developing compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

Patricia Abrego-Santucci graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Organizational Behavior. Patricia then attended the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where they earned their MBA in Finance. Patricia currently holds a position in the Senior Executive Women's Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
