Jeremy Round

Jeremy Round started their work experience as the Owner and Founder of Round Records, a music label and live entertainment company. Jeremy then moved on to roles such as Summer Associate and Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. Additionally, they worked at Yahoo in various roles, including Senior Manager and Director of Operations, Director of HR Integration Lead & People Team Operations. Jeremy also co-founded Five Nine Capital, a private equity firm, and served as the Owner and Operator of Gather, a playspace and enrichment center. Currently, they are a People Team Lead & Partner at Cultivate Advisors and a Fractional HR Lead at breakwater accounting + advisory corp.

Jeremy Round completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Film/Media at Northwestern University from 1998 to 2002. Jeremy went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Operations at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Jeremy spent some time studying at King's College London in 2001.
