Dora Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dora started their career at EF Educational Tours as a Tour Consultant before transitioning to the role of Sales Account Coordinator. In these positions, Dora managed back-end processes, handled customer documents and payments, and resolved account issues.

Later, they joined Evil Overlord Games as a Freelance Writer, contributing to the development of an online text-based role-playing game. Dora crafted complex quests, interactive conversations, and game mechanics within the guidelines set by the writing staff.

Dora then moved on to work at Yes On 3, where they served as a Canvass Program Lead. In this volunteer role, they organized and led a successful canvassing program to defend transgender rights in the Boston area. Dora collaborated with organizers and volunteer leaders to achieve program goals and ultimately attain victory.

Following that, Dora returned to EF Education First and took on multiple roles. As a Business Analyst, they worked on tactical projects, handled user issues and feature requests, and assisted stakeholders in adapting to the company's adoption of Agile methodologies. Dora then served as a Product Owner, leading new teams and overseeing critical projects from start to completion. In this role, they were actively involved in technical planning, CMS administration, and light development tasks. Dora also worked as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, ensuring the smooth operation of agile meetings, coordinating with other teams, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Most recently, Dora joined Breathe Life as a Scrum Master, utilizing their expertise in agile methodologies to support the team in creating and delivering value to customers.
