Parija Pradhan

Parija Pradhan has accumulated diverse work experience in various roles throughout their career. Parija began in 2012 as a System Engineer at Infosys, where they developed the ETL process and designed custom reports and dashboards for Best Buy. Following this, they worked at Prudential plc as a Product Owner, spearheading digital transformation initiatives.

In 2017, Parija joined Jio, one of India's largest telecom companies, as a Data Product Manager, where they identified and prioritized use cases for big data analytics. Parija also oversaw the development of end-to-end data pipelines and managed the implementation of network optimization and customer analytics products.

Their next role was with Scotiabank as a Senior Business Analyst (Product Owner), where they played a crucial role in implementing Document and Workflow Management products for retail and small business lending and deposits services. This required collaboration with internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and multiple compliance teams across seven Caribbean countries.

Moving on to iPipeline in 2020, Parija worked as a Business Analyst, responsible for understanding and solving client problems by incorporating client-agnostic solutions as product features. Parija collaborated with more than 20 insurance carriers and managing general agencies to streamline insurance agent and policy management.

Most recently, Parija joined Breathe Life (acquired by Zinnia) in 2022 as a Product Manager, where they focused on launching features for a life insurance onboarding product. Their objective was to enhance the user experience and improve advisor adoption, making the selling process more efficient and quick.

Throughout their career, Parija has demonstrated expertise in product management, business analysis, and digital transformation within the insurance and telecommunications industries.

Parija Pradhan completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Parija obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies with a focus on Technology and Marketing from the Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute Of Mgt. Develop. Parija also obtained a certification in the Global Citizen Leadership Program from the Centre of Creative Leadership, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
