Previously, Adrian held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Logan Group Investments, overseeing the largest privately-owned window and door manufacturer in New South Wales, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Australasian Consolidated Industries. With a history that includes significant roles at JELD-WEN AUSTRALIA and Stegbar Pty Ltd, Adrian has consistently managed full P&L responsibilities across multiple sites and business entities, demonstrating strong leadership in driving profitability and operational efficiency.
