Guillermo Olivera is currently working as Gerente Corporativo Senior de Transformación & Proyectos Especiales at BRECA. Prior to this, Guillermo worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate. Guillermo has experience in distribution management at companies like British American Tobacco and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Guillermo holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
