Dan Manning

Dan Manning is a seasoned business owner and project manager with extensive experience in construction and energy efficiency. As the owner of Turnkey Efficiency since February 2017, Dan focuses on optimizing energy efficiency through LED lighting and controls for commercial clients. Currently serving as a Field Project Manager at Breckenridge Grand Vacations, Dan is involved in a $120 million custom time-share project, overseeing various aspects of construction and ensuring quality control. Previous roles include back-end superintendent at Boulder Creek Builders, field project manager at Vineyard Services, and field technician at Western Maintenance and Construction. Dan holds a BA in Criminology, Pre-Law from Fort Lewis College and has a diverse background that includes event logistics and investigation.
