Ben Richardson

Ben Richardson has extensive experience in the aggregates and asphalt sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Breedon Group plc since 2012, Ben has progressed through various roles including Area Operations Manager, Works Manager, and Quarry Manager. Prior to this, Ben worked for Marshalls plc as Quarry Foreman and spent eight years at Clearwell Quarries Ltd, where positions included Maintenance Supervisor and Engineering Apprentice. Ben holds a degree in Mineral Extraction Technology from the University of Derby and completed A Levels at John Kyrle High School.
