Caroline joined Breedon Group in May 2021 and was appointed as Group People Director in October 2021, with a remit to take forward the People Plan in order to support the Group’s growth over the next five years. Caroline has over 30 years in senior HR roles across a variety of industries, including senior positions with Spire Healthcare PLC, HBS Business Services, and British Airways. Prior to joining Breedon, she was People Director at the telecoms start-up company Zzoomm.
