Their experience includes roles as Director of Project Management at Breg, where they led strategic governance and tactical change initiatives. Matt also worked as Director of Project Management at Dendreon, overseeing corporate business initiatives. Matt also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Senior Project Manager at Providence St. Joseph Health and a Director of Business Integration at CareFusion. In addition, they have held leadership positions in companies such as BD, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison, Kaiser Permanente, and Petco Animal Supplies. Their roles have involved driving transformation initiatives, optimizing value chains, and leading strategic planning efforts.

Matt Aguilar graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology from Brandman University in 2013. In 2019, they attended BD University and obtained a degree in "Leading in the BD Matrix" and completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP), both in the field of Organizational Leadership.
