Emma Martin

Emma Martin currently serves as the Vice President of People at Bregal Investments since January 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of People & Workplace Manager at Greyhound Capital from September 2019 to November 2023, with a travel break taken before joining Bregal, during which the role was confirmed. Emma's earlier experience includes various positions at Berenberg, including Operations Assistant, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Procurement & Operations Manager from September 2015 to September 2019, as well as a brief tenure as a Receptionist at BEAUMONT in 2015. Emma holds CIPD qualifications, including a Diploma of Education in HR, and a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, along with a 3-year Trinity Diploma in Musical Theatre from Italia Conti.
