Ryan Selwood

Ryan Selwood has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles.

-In their recent position at Bregal Investments, they serve as the Chief Investment Officer since March 2023.

-From 2022 to 2023, they were a Council Member of the Milken Institute Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Asset Management Executive Council.

-Prior to that, they worked at The Carlyle Group as the Chief Development Officer & Partner - Managing Director from 2022 to 2023.

Ryan Selwood's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Western University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ryan completed their undergraduate studies in 1996. In the same year, they enrolled in two different institutions, York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business - York University. At Osgoode Hall Law School, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, and at Schulich School of Business, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Both of these programs were completed in 2000.
