Maik Sportel

Maik Sportel is currently a Trainee Security Officer at both GGD Drenthe and Veiligheidsregio Drenthe, beginning in November 2023, while also pursuing a traineeship in cybersecurity at Breinstein. Previously, Maik served as a Customer Service Representative at Intergamma since November 2016 and completed an internship focused on information security at Staatsbosbeheer from February to September 2023. Additionally, Maik worked as a Project Assistant for Digital Assessments at Hanzehogeschool Groningen from June 2022 to September 2023, held roles as a Junior Web Developer at ON. IT and Vette Media, and operated as a Cyber Security Analyst at ON. Digital Marketing, where work involved enhancing organizational digital resilience. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Integrale Veiligheidskunde from NHL Stenden and an MBO 4 in Applicatie Ontwikkelaar from Alfa College.
