Wendy Rendón has a diverse work experience. Wendy has held various roles since 2012, starting with an Office Assistant Intern at International House Language Services Group. In 2013, they took on the role of Office Assistant at Urbany Hostels. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Food and Beverage at NoHo Partners, Food & Beverage at HMSHost International, Event Host and Event Management Intern at HUONE Meeting and Event Venues, Student Member and Board Member & VP of Education and Student Relations at MPI Finland ry, and Customer Success Representative and Customer Success Manager at Brella.

Wendy Rendón has an extensive education history. Wendy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universitat de Barcelona in 2015, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Wendy then completed a Master of International Assistants & Official Protocol from INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School in 2016, focusing on Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary. In 2011, they obtained an International Business Assistant from Escola Técnico Professional Xavier, majoring in Business Administration. Currently, they are studying Business Service Solutions and Languages at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, with a focus on the Meetings and Events Industry. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Meeting Professionals International.
