Mr. LaCount has extensive experience in all facets of civil litigation, from case inception through trial. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil matters including construction defect, real estate, contract, professional liability and personal injury actions.

Mr. LaCount attended law school at UC Davis, King Hall School of Law where his Note, The Polar Bear Loophole: Copyright Vulnerability After Polar Bear v. Timex, was published in the UC Davis Law Review and where he served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the UC Davis Law Review.
