Eileen J. Gaisford

Ms. Gaisford is a Partner in Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Gaisford began her career in claims and handled property and casualty claims and evaluated each for coverage. She then began her legal practice handling all aspects of general liability and commercial automobile cases including premises liability, taxi cabs and cases involving transporting handicapped people. Ms. Gaisford successfully tried and arbitrated cases involving premises and general liability. Ms. Gaisford then moved her practice to insurance coverage where she practiced for over 10 years handling coverage matters providing coverage opinions on cases involving professional liability, general liability, construction defects and defending bad faith suits against insurance companies. Ms. Gaisford then joined Bremer Whyte Brown and O’Meara and has been handling complex and high exposure general liability and construction cases from inception to resolution.
