Rikus R. Locati

Mr. Rikus Locati received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government/Political Science from Cornell University in Ithica, New York, in 1999, including an Interdisciplinary Concentration in International Relations. He then attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, receiving a Juris Doctor (JD) in 2003 with a Concentration in Taxation. After gaining experience in multiple varied areas of the law, including insurance defense, asbestos litigation, and corporate formation, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, graduating with the highest honors and receiving the 2019 Academic Excellence in Tax Award.
