Shelena Berbey has extensive work experience in various administrative and office management roles. Shelena started their career in 1991 at the GLOBAL CONNECTOR RESEARCH GROUP dba FLECK RESEARCH GROUP, where they served as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, Marketing Assistant, and Events Planner. Shelena worked closely with the President and CEO, providing direct assistance and coordinating annual conventions. In 2006, Shelena joined KPFF Consulting Engineers as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, and Accounting/Operations specialist. Their responsibilities included managing accounts payable, collections, and providing administrative support to company executives. Shelena worked in this role until 2019. Shelena then joined O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. as an Accounting Support Specialist from November 2019 to August 2020. Currently, they are employed at Brennan as an Administrative Assistant since January 2021 and was promoted to Office Manager in January 2023.

Shelena Berbey has obtained a Graphic Art Certificate from Platt College-Los Angeles. Shelena also pursued Fine/Studio Arts, General at the Art Institute of Laguna Beach in Laguna Beach, CA. In addition, they completed General Education courses at Saddleback College. Additionally, Shelena has acquired the Notary Public State of California certification from the State of California.
