Doug Lance

Doug Lance has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Doug most recently worked as a Vice President at Brennan Investment Group since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Market Officer at Dalfen Industrial LLC from August 2016 to December 2020. Doug also worked as an Asset Manager at Viking Partners from August 2014 to January 2016. Before that, they held the position of Vice President-Business Development at Cassidy Turley from February 2012 to August 2014. Lance also worked as a Regional General Manager at Welsh Property Trust/Welsh Companies from August 2008 to February 2012 and as a Leasing Director at First Industrial Realty Trust from 2005 to 2008. Doug began their career as a Regional General Manager at New Boston Fund/New Boston Citimark from January 2000 to January 2005.

Doug Lance attended the University of Cincinnati from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate/Marketing.
