Anne Mazza

Anne Mazza began their work experience as a Human Resource Generalist at SPEX CertiPrep in 1995. Anne then worked as a Manager of Training/OD and Employment followed by a Senior Generalist at Wheelock, Inc. from 1997 to 2004. After that, they served as an HR Director at Rexnord Industries, LLC from 2004 to 2007. Mazza then became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dental Associates, LTD from 2007 to 2012. Anne went on to establish their own HR Consulting firm, MTM Consulting, LLC, where they worked as the Owner from 2012 to 2016. Mazza then served as an HR Director at OneAmerica from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Brenntag Great Lakes, starting in 2017.

Anne Mazza holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Anne also has additional certifications as an AQP Certified Facilitator and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
