Kritika Singh

Kritika Singh is an experienced professional in the fields of business development, corporate governance, and compliance. Currently, Kritika holds the position of Business Development & Strategy- Sustainability at Brenntag since April 2025. Previously, Kritika served as a Corporate Governance and Compliance Officer at Indian CS- KMPADM from April 2019 to February 2025, and as Corporate Governance & Company Secretary at IL&FS Energy Development Company Limited from April 2011 to March 2019. Kritika began the career with an internship in CS Management Training. Kritika is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to conclude in February 2026. Kritika also holds an Associate Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, completed in December 2012, with a focus on corporate governance and related laws.
