Marilynn Gross

MariLynn Gross is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter North America at Brenntag since July 2019. In this role, MariLynn effectively utilizes research, networking, and internal candidate identification to attract top talent, managing all stages of the hiring process and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to Brenntag, MariLynn worked as a Staffing Manager at Randstad from October 2016 to July 2019, specializing in recruiting for accounting & finance, human resources, and sales and marketing positions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Elementary Teacher in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District from August 2013 to June 2016. MariLynn holds a degree from Albright College, obtained in 2011.
