Sanjay Kshirsagar

Sanjay Kshirsagar, CPIM has extensive experience in supply chain management. Sanjay is currently working as the Head of Supply Chain - South Asia at Brenntag. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Dorf Ketal. Sanjay has also held leadership positions at Freudenberg Household Products, Henkel, Ampacet, Galaxy Surfactants Ltd, GIVAUDAN FLAVOURS (INDIA) PVT LTD, and Amul (GCMMF) where they were responsible for various aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, forecasting, and process improvement. Throughout their career, Sanjay has achieved notable accomplishments such as enhancing sales forecast accuracy, improving customer fill rate, reducing inventory, and implementing SAP and ERP systems.

Sanjay Kshirsagar, CPIM, began their education in 1992 and graduated in 1996 with a B.TECH.(DT) degree in Dairy Technology from DR.PDKV AKOLA. In 1997, they enrolled at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and completed their MDBA degree in International Business in 1999. In 2017, they obtained a CPIM certification in Supply Chain from APICS. In 2021, they pursued The Art and Science of Coaching at Erickson Coaching International.

Additionally, Sanjay has obtained several certifications such as ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in 2023, and other coaching and leadership certifications from LinkedIn, The University of Queensland, FranklinCovey, Confederation of Indian Industry, ThinkLink, and The Institute of Rural Management Anand throughout the years.
