Gruff Parsons

Gruff Parsons is an experienced sports healthcare professional currently serving as the Head of Academy Performance and Head of Academy Medicine and Sports Science at Brentford Football Club since July 2023. Parsons previously held positions such as Head of Medical Services at Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club and Senior Physiotherapist/Head of Rehabilitation at Cardiff Rugby. Notably, Parsons contributed as the Lead Physiotherapist for the Men's Rugby Union team at the XXI Commonwealth Games 2018, where the team secured a bronze medal.
