Kaammini Chanrai has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Kaammini currently holds the position of Equity & Inclusion Director at Brentford Football Club since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Trustee at Agenda, alliance for women and girls at risk starting from March 2021. From June 2022 to January 2023, they worked as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager - Content & Productions at Warner Bros. Discovery, where they were responsible for international lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Content & Productions.

Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Chanrai was the UK Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Vodafone from September 2019 to June 2022, overseeing the development and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy for the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Gender Research and Policy Manager at Business in the Community from February 2018 to August 2019, where they managed multiple projects related to gender equality.

Chanrai started their career as a Senior Transformation Officer/Project Delivery Officer at Brent Council in April 2017, where they worked on projects related to homelessness reduction act and single homelessness. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Brent Council, including being a National Management Trainee. Kaammini also has experience as the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Gender and the City from October 2014 to June 2017.

Additionally, Chanrai has worked at Refuge as a Statutory Funding Assistant and Development Volunteer, and as a Research Assistant Intern at the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Kaammini also had a brief role in Project Development for Alumni Network at Student Hubs.

Kaammini Chanrai completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Warwick in the years 2010 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Gender, Development, and Globalisation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) during the academic year 2013 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaammini obtained certifications such as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in November 2019, and an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management in April 2017.
