Melissa Brandt

Melissa Brandt has over a decade of diverse experience in project coordination, human resources, and office management. Currently serving as Special Project Coordinator III for Brevard County Government since March 2021, Melissa previously held roles including Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Wesche Jewelers and Office Manager at First Coast Industrial Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and client presentations. At Richman Property Services, Melissa excelled in retention strategies, occupancy maximization, and event coordination. Earlier experience as an Energy Analyst for Brevard County Schools involved conducting juvenile arrest reports and background checks. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management and Human Resource Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University.
