Adam Lesman

Adam Lesman is the current Senior Director, Associate General Counsel - Corporate at Brex. Prior to this, they served as General Counsel at ODX from May 2018 to November 2020. Before ODX, Adam was with OnDeck as Senior Associate General Counsel from February 2016 to May 2018. Adam's work experience also includes a Senior Associate role in Banking & Finance at Clifford Chance US LLP from March 2012 to February 2016.

Adam's experience in the financial technology industry has been crucial in helping Brex grow as a company. Adam has helped Brex secure funding, navigate through mergers and acquisitions, and establish partnerships with other companies. Adam's knowledge of the law and ability to negotiate complex deals has made him an invaluable asset to the Brex team.

Adam Lesman attended Cardozo School of Law, where they earned their J.D., cum laude. Adam also attended Cornell University, where they earned their B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management. In addition, they have a certification from Harvard's Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning in FinTech.
