Kathy Culp is a seasoned HR and benefits professional with extensive experience in compensation and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Sr. HR & Benefits Analyst at Baldwin Richardson Foods since December 2011, Kathy is responsible for administering a range of benefits programs and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Previous roles include Compensation Analyst at PAETEC, Leave Administrator at Highland Hospital, and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Time Warner Cable, where Kathy managed programs for thousands of employees. Earlier in their career, Kathy worked as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Frontier Corporation, contributing to the development and administration of corporate compensation strategies for a large employee base. Kathy holds a Regents degree in Business from Eastridge.
