Margarita Pasos ha desarrollado una amplia experiencia laboral a lo largo de su carrera. Comenzando en 1996 como Gerente de Recursos Humanos y Co-Propietaria de THE DETAILERS INC, Margarita ha desarrollado una amplia gama de habilidades y conocimientos. En 2000, Margarita fue Entrenadora en Ventas para la división de purificación de aire, AIRSOURCE, de Shaklee Corporation. Margarita Pasos has an extensive educational history. Margarita obtained their Licenciatura en Mercadeo y Publicidad from the Universidad Pontifica Bolivariana UPB in Medellín, Colombia in 1996. Margarita then attended the Miami Lakes Technical Education Center in Miami Lakes, Florida, where they received their Técnico en operación de estudios de televisión in 1996. In 2009, they attended The Pacific Institute in Seattle, Washington, where they received their Certificación en Inversión en Excelencia Empresarial. From 2014 to 2019, they attended Brian Tracy Intl Sales and Time Management, where they received their Business Coaching and Training Excellence. Margarita also attended TTI Success Insights from 2015 to 2019 and obtained their Líder Mundial en las evaluaciones empresariales on-line. In addition, they obtained their Personal Power from Anthony Robbins in Miami, Florida and attended the Taller de comunicación efectiva from Franklin Covey in Managua, Nicaragua. Lastly, they were Co Fundadora of Pasos Producciones y Creaqui Media Lab from 2002 to 2013 and has been recognized as an Experto en liderazgo reconocido a nivel mundial from John C. Maxwell.
