Paul Findlay has over 12 years of experience in sales and business development. Paul began their career in 2009 as a Senior Business Development Manager at Structured Group, where they were responsible for prospecting, networking, qualifying, selling and closing customer solutions. In 2013, they joined CoreLogic Australia as a National BD/Account Manager/Key Accounts/Product Manager. During this time, they grew their territory from a small Victorian market to managing relationships and strategic partnerships with groups such as Macquarie Bank, First National, Ray White, LJ Hooker, Century 21, Harcourts, DHS and local government. In 2019, they moved to Deep Blue Company as Head of Partnerships and Sales for Conveyancing.com.au. In 2021, they became Head of Sales & Growth at Bricks + Agent, where they led a team of sales and account managers, dealt with principals, agents and trades, managed key stakeholder relationships and sales with National Real Estate Agency Groups, and presented at industry events. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Invoice Automate as Head of Sales & Growth.
